Project Climate of northern Poland during the last 1000 years: Constraining the future with the past (CLIMPOL) is supported by a grant from Switzerland through the Swiss Contribution to the enlarged European Union. The main beneficiary is the University of Gdańsk. The Swiss partner in the project is the University of Bern and Oeschger Centre for Climate Change Research. Other institutions involved in the project are: Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice, Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, and Institute of Botany PAS in Kraków. We also closely cooperate with the University of Bremen (Germany).
